Install Problems

I downloaded the ISO and burnt it to cd. I reboot and the Astaro linux loads into ramdisk. I select F8 to continue and it gets to the point of checking the hardware. This completly locks up my machine....could it be my iso?

might be, check the md5 sum, but also check your hardware with the HCL of Astaro on docs.astaro.org

I got this problem too when I installed Astaro.
It was one of the NIC which was defective & a wrong HDD setting in the Bios.
Which kind of NICs do you use?
