I have been fighting with this stuff for over a week now and I'm a lil right now but I'll try and contain myself. I have installed versions 2 and 3.2 several (like 15 times) and have run into the same issue every single time. I have tried several different network cards, all of which are successfully detected but still no luck. Basically, everything installs fine, I am able to access Webadmin and begin configuring the firewall, when all of the sudden I lose communication with the thing. I can't ping it on any of it's IP. It has 3 NICs installed and it seems to be an issue that occurrs when I attempt to bind an external IP to any of the NICs. Although, this doesn't seem to be the only cause of my problem, I have noticed that 100% of the time, when I change the IP on any NIC to be an external IP assigned to me by my ISP, I instantly lose all communications with the system. Now, here's another strange tidbit... Sometimes, I am still able to ping any internal system from the firewall system. Then again, sometimes I can't do that either. I just found it strange that I could ping from but not to the firewall system. Anyhow, does anyone have any ideas as to why I'm running into these issues? Any help is greatly appreciated!
