Problems

I install ASL 3.202 but I receive 20 or 30 e-mail per day with this subject:

[INF 116] Licenseserver not running - restarted(320 times)

How can I solve this?

I use a home license wich I get it in ASTARO page.

In the Web Site Admin, the message Evaluation
Version does not disapear.

If your using ASL for home use, you can go to the registration portal and get a free homeuser license.
Otherwise you have to purchase a "normal" registration key.

If you allready did that. It might be you filled in the license with a leading or hereinafter space. (Thats a known bug in Astaro 3.x)

Hi, I use a valid license, but the message does not disapear and the e-mail are incoming yet.

The admin site does not show that is a invalid license.

I will try to install again.

I mark four items in a shotscreen.

First - Evaluation Version does not disapear
Second - The exclamation simble only in this page.
Third - The key is stored after click in save button.
Fourth - Is the registration date correct?

I re-install it, but the same error.
The key is 5 group of 5 caraters that separated by '-', is this correct?
It have no spaces before or after the key.

Anyone know what is this?

Hi Thiago...
The key of 5 groups of 5 characters is a key for version 2.x.
You have to convert it to the 3.x format:
http://www.astaro.com - Registration - Registration Portal - create a new account and login - convert your 2.x key to 3.x

Upgrade Not Possible:

Cause:
We are sorry but there has been an error during your upgrade..

The 2.0 Licensekey you inserted does not exist in the database or is already upgraded.

The e-mail error:

[INF 116] Licenseserver not running - restarted(320 times)

It means that license does not checked. Is it correct?
