Strange Kernel messages, can someone tell me what they mean?

Hello all,

Whenever I attempt to connect more than one user via the external interface, I get the following messages in the kernel log;

When the first user connects, things go ok (however, the password verification takes almost 60 seconds).  When the second user tries to connect, it 3.202 picks up but never completes the connection and the above messages show up in the log.

Any ideas?
