Multiple NIC's/Multiple IP's

Trying astaro 3.202 out for the first time. Installation was simple, configuring a little harder.

Here's the hardware config:
Cisco uBR900, 5xStatic ip's. >>>

AMD XP 1600+, 512MB PC2700, KT333 Chipset, 1xintergrated realtek nic, 5xLinksys LNE100TX PCI nics.>>>
.
3xservers:mail,web,ftp

I can install astaro and access the web interface just fine on either nic, but as soon as I assign an additional ext. static ip and save the config, I receive an error in IE:Cannot find server.

Any attempt to login thru the web interface fails. I have tried to reboot the machine with no success. I read in one of the other forums that rebooting the cisco uBR900 will help to re-register an internal mac address, but that didn't work either. I've tried re-installing and reburning the install cd for kicks and giggles, and of course that didn't work either.

Any suggestions?

    I have one machine with 5 external and 1 onboard interface. using Dlink, 3Com, and Intel (onboard) NICs.

    no problems that I can report.

    I have 1 x leased-line, 1 x Dynamic DSL, 2 x Internal, and 2 x DMZ all on the same machine.

    The only thing that DOESNT work is the VPN.  I have the DSL as the Default GW for the Internal networks.  Any VPN/ESP Packets that originate from a Dynamic address, coming in from the Leased-Line are automatically routed over to the DSL because it is the Default GW.

    There is no fix at this time for this problem.  The only solution appears to be IPv4, however it looks like a configuration nightmare   [:O]
