BACKUP FROM 2.026 TO 3.202 DON'T WORK

BACKUP FROM 2.026 TO 3.202 DON'T WORK!!!

I use ASL 2.026 into my industry LAN ( I have 3 LAN + HDSL).
Then I upgrade to 3.202 but I have error into ASL 3.202 for import backup file from 2.026....
I don't want make manually ASL 3.202 setup, because I don't want block LAN and WORK!!! 
Import is a quickly procedure!!
Help!!!!

    Attention!
    I have imported backup file emailed to me. Then also ASL 2.027 give bakup corrupted file error.
    I have make manually backup file from ASL and I have imported it then is ok.
    Ence:  ASL' s Backup file emailed don't work.... saved manually backup file.  
    I will proved it into ASL 3.202 later!  [:S]

    Biapar Unfortunatly that's a limitation on 2.x with a few differant Email servers the backups don't get done properly.

    Here's what I've tested
    I-Mail 7.0 - 7.11 --Doesn't work
    Senmail on Redhat 7.0-7.3 Works properly w/ Squirrelmail Interface and outlook to access files

    Remember this when doing a manual backup.
    Backup to your local drive and not a mapped drive.  you can then move the backup to a mapped drive but can't save to one. "was true in 2.016 not sure about newer"

    With manual backup import setup from 2.027 to 3.202 is ok.

    Hi,

    From ver 2.027 should work, read "uptodate" info here in the forum it says something abt. it there.

    I have downloaded backup file from 2.027.
    Ence I have imported it into 3.203 and then is all ok

    hello,
    i was unable to restore the mail backup files.
    i used The Bat!, hotmail, akmail & outlook.
    all programs produce the same output and there is one thing wrong: all attachments have 0ah replaced by 0dh 0ah and sometime there is an extra 0dh 0ah sequence appended. if you replace 0dh 0ah by 0ah the restore of the backup file works. ok, i know i was somehow lucky because in my case all 0dh 0ah sequences were wrong. this might not be the case with other backup files.
