CPU LOAD BOOMING!?

Hi, i've seen somthing strange...
Suddenly the cpu load boomed from a steady 1-2% cpu load and then to now a steady 57% cpu load!
can anyone explain this?, and how do i fix it!?

The PC specs:
Intel PIII 1Ghz, 1GB Ram, 40GB HD and 5 eth cards.

Hi,

is your ASL attached to the Internet and your HTTP proxy is on and "ALL" are allowed to connect? If yes, you have a problem...

Go to console, login and use "ps -axu" to show all processes with cpu-load.

Which process has the highest number ?

I solved the problem!
I had set smtp relay to any! Ooops.. [:$]
So now I set it to my domain and mailservers only!

PROBLEM SOLVED
