TDSL/PPPoE need some help ????

hi there,
i have got a problem. i can't finde the configuration for the pppoe client.
do i need another package??
or something else??

pease help.

    Hi,
    you need a least ASL 3.2 and no additional Software. Go to -Network -Interfaces and edit the "PPP over Ethernet (DSL) connection" with your data. Adress and Default Gateway is assigned by remote. The username is a little tricky:

    Die zwölfstellige Anschlußkennung

    Die normalerweise ebenfalls zwölfstellige T-Online-Nr. Hat diese Nummer nicht genau 12 Stellen, muß danach ein # folgen. Hat sie dagegen 12 Stellen, darf kein # folgen.

    Die vierstellige Mitbenutzernummer, also in der Regel 0001. Wer "T-Online flat" oder "T-Online pro" nutzt, findet in seinen Unterlagen die Mitbenutzernummer 0000. Diese Angabe ist definitiv falsch, man muß die Mitbenutzernummer 0001 verwenden.

    Und zum Abschluß noch der String @t-online.de.
