Home Key Doesn't Work

I got a home use key for my system, but it refuses to use the key, keeps saying enter the key, I have confirmed no trailing spaces and I have even rebooted many times.

Any ideas?

The key is only required for ASL 3.x.

ASL 2.x needs no key.
