Can't install 3.2 from CD

Hello,

I have been trying, unsuccessfully so far, to install version 3.2 on to a system which previously had version 2.0.

However, when booting from the installation CD, it loads bzImage, then starts to load Ramdisk and after about one second the system reboots and starts all over again.

I have tested the CD out on other systems, and they do not have this problem. I have also tried swapping out the CDROM drive, but this does not seem to help.

Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

    How much fast is your cd-rom drive?
    I ask this because the only problem that have 
    encountered was the high speed of my old drive,
    you can try two things:
    update your BIOS of MB and firmware of drive and
    than try to install with more slower cd-rom drive.
