booting astaro from another LILO ???

Hi. I have a problem after installing astaro 3.2:
LI 010101010101010101010010101010101 and so on.
So i think the MBR is corrupt. 
But i have another running linux system with a working LILO. Now i wonder if i could boot astaro (on /dev/hdb now) from my old running linux system, which is on /dev/hda ?
what do i have to change in the lilo.conf to let this work?
btw: I cant mount astaro under this linux system.
I tried "mount /dev/hdb1 -t reiserfs /mnt" but it didn't work. its SuSE 7.0
