eth0 Down Help

Hello, i've a problem, with my Eth0 LAN Card.
I using the net normally an after a time (sometime long and sometimes short) my Eth0 is down. The error is :

And i must restart the ASL Box, to re-surf.
What's the problem ??

I've installed ASL from 6 days and the problem arrive just now. But i've reboot 6 times this morning. I don't see why ??? I've upgrade the 3.050 to 3.051 at monday.

My configuration is P166 with 128Mo RAM, 4Go Hard drive. And 2 PCI NIC D-Link DFE-550TX.

Do you think it's the upgrade ?
