Remote VPN Devices

I am planning a VPN roll out using ASL as the central aggregation point of 11 VPN connections.  The remote users are in small offices so I don't need anything crazy as a VPN device there.  I was thinking about the Linksys, but have heard it might not be compatible.  What about Netgear or sombody else.  Any ideas???  Cost is a big factor.

    Why don't you take ASL for your remote locations, especially if the costs are an issue. Don't forget, you get VPN and firewall in one, if you buy a VPN only, you still have to firewall the locations.

    If you want to check if something is compatible with ASL, check www.freeswan.org, ASL uses FreeS/WAN for the VPN.

    Thanks for the advice.  I considered ASL for remote locations, but this is a commercial Application and we would have to pay for License + a PC.  Don't get me wrong, I love the ASL product but can't justify $800 per location.  Anyhow, I found a great looking product that is solid state too.  www.snapgear.com, also compatibility is a dead issue because this product runs LINUX embedded with FreeSWAN as VPN.
