Isdn Router

Hi people!
we need help!!!
we have an allied telesyn ISDN router and we want to browse internet with lan by ISDN router and publish some web pages by an internal web server.

LAN: 192.168.0.1
RouterIP: 192.168.1.1 and Internet IP assigned dynamically 62.98.179.0 family
WEB Server: 10.10.1.80 (DMZ)
How can we do to browse internet and publish our web pages on internet!
