Cobalt RaQ3 Problems

I'm having some issues with running Astaro on a Cobalt RaQ3.  During the boot process it gets to Loading Kernel... and then reboots.  It appears to be stuck in a loop.  Has anyone else had this issue?  

Here are the steps I took to get to this point:

1) Ran the Cobalt flash utitlity successfully
2) Installed the Cobalt Astaro distribution
3) Rebooted

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
