hello,

will astaro operate on a 486 with 64mb ram?
its for a home network not much traffic

if not can someone recommend something that will..

I have installed Astaro on 233mmx and currently running it on a 333 celeron. The 233 I had some troubles with a few versions. all types of installation errors. So I doubt 386 is gonna wory but give it a try.

I've still have Astaro running at home on an old pentium 120. The cpu utilization is avg 27% with DNS, HTTP, and socks proxys running.

You need at least a Pentium Class Processor.
