Ok I went ahead and decided to start implementing Astaro at work to replace our current Firewall (GuardianPro).
Anyway so I grab a Compaq DL 360 and start the install up. Dang Astaro dosen't support the On-board. So I disconnected the onboard raid chip. I booted from the cdrom and started the install. I noticed that during the boot it found sda and sdb! Now to my displease during the install I noticed that its only using one of my 2 9.1 gig drives. Whats up with that?
Anyway I let it install and decided to see if there were any software raid tools or disk utilites. To my surprise I did not find a fdisk command or any raid tools.
I love Astaro Linux, but I am very mad that its dosen't have a option to mirror my other drive...or even use it during the install. I mean I can go and download the hacking tools and compile fdisk etc and hopefully do it myself...but your standard user is not going to know this.
Anyway has anyone in here had this problem? What did you do?
