installation on a compaq proliant dl 360

i tried to intall asl on a compaq server, after booting the installation cd it told me there would be no harddrive.
is it possible to install asl on a compaq server?
IT SHOULD ! i tell you (smart combination cool firewall and fat server)
by the way the onbord scsi controller from compaq is a compaq smart array controller!

maybe somebody already tried

    yes i tried it on a DL380 (+SCSI-Raid) aswell....no luck !
    Astaro says they dont support those controllers.
    Dl320 with IDE should work. (No Raid)
    I tried a Gigabyte GS-SR101 1U Server with Promise IDE Raid aswell but same with that.
    Try with 2 Cheaper Servers and the new coming (3.2) version which supports High Availability.
    Would be a good Benefit for your customer to have a fully redundant environment.

    jou, just phoned astaro support and they told me it would be possible or they actually work on that problem (because compaq servers espacially smart array controllers are fine hardcore stuff)
