Luach or install browser

I've succesfull install the software on a computer.
Every think work : the system boot, i can access and log as root

Now i must follow the installation with a browser (https://my ip ethernet 0)

I'm a beginner in linux. How can i lauch or install a browser on the system? Is there a sofware already install ?
