Newbie question, qmail

I have problem whit the qmail in astaro: 

I had some mail in the queue whit the standard asl.something.de from address, so i deleted the files in /var/qmail/queue/mess, and now i have in the SMTP-Status :

Queue:
warning: trouble with #207602: file does not exist
warning: trouble with #207608: file does not exist
  
How do i empty the qmail queue?
