Hi, it was the same for me, but i've understood and solved the problem.
The problem is the auto logoff from astaro https consolle, so the JavaWindow of update messages send no longer valid session id. To solve you have to increase very much the value of autologoff in astaro webadmin, apply the mod, and patiently wait until the update is done.
