Problem at Bootup with NIC Tulip and Realtek

After complete installation, I rebooted the system (of course I removed all CD's etc. from their drives). ASL started to load the drivers for my DLINK DFE 530TX NIC (Tulip chipset) and returned an "invalid operand: 0000" following that it put out a stack ID and a Call Trace. All at the end it said "ETH0:unknown interface: no such device" (ASL detected all cards at start of installation up front without problems).

After the "ETH0:...." It tried to load my Realtek 8139 NIC but all that came out was: "8139too Fast Ethernet Driver 0.9.18" 

After that the system stuck. No bash or some else.
