Can't see my public IPs

Hi every one:

First of all let me tell you that you guys have a great BB !, i've been learning more with your discussions that reading books, anyway as I'm a rooki on network things so i hope someone can help me. I installed Astaro 2.0, i have a Cisco Router wich is connected to my Net, I configurated my Astaro install like this:

IP (Internal) : 10.194.15.251 (eth0)
IP (External) : 148.x.x.15    (eth1)
Default Gateway : 148.x.x.1 (the router IP)

I pluged my router to my eth1 netcard and my eth0 to my Switch (3Com), so now i'm able to see all my 10.194.15.x computers, i can access them without a problem, but when i try to see the Private IP that is used by the Router i can't nor see any Public IP. Finally I have a Webserver wich have Sendmail and it's my DNS, when i tried to ping its direction (wich is public) it says: "Destination unreachable", also if i try to ping Public IP's i have from the out site i just recive response from the router and the Astaro box, i defined the rules giving all nets access to all services..what i'm doing wrong?
