Hardware Spec for Beta version

Hi,

I'm going to get hold of an old PC to install ASL on(for the first time).

But I don't want to have to go out and replace it as soon as version 3.0 comes along   [:S]ef spec for 3.x?

I'm not going to be using the proxy side, only the Firewall. I may use encryption a bit later, but only for 2 or three people.
