Pattern Up2Date does not work

Hi, our Up2Date Pattern does not function any longer correctly. If I start the updating process manual, the following messages appear:

The great problem is that the SMTP-Proxy with activated virus examination does not work. We installed two Firewalls (ours and at a customer) and with both this problem occurs.
