Can not boot ASTARO on any machine

HI All,
I get an invalid boot disk error when I try to reboot the machine after I install ASTARO linux on any machine I can get my hands on. Red Hat and windows will install no probs, but never ASTARO will start. Do I need a floppy to boot from ? Am I missing something ?
