Anti-Virus Up2Date Updates

Ok, here is what is happening.  I am in the Eastern Time Zone (USA) at the time of writing this message my time is: 
- 3:02AM, Wednesday, 26 Dec.

in WebAdmin, last Up2Date is registered at: 
- 23 December 2001

At the time of checking this, I found a new update on the Anti-Virus website dated:
- Daily update - December 26, 2001 00:18

When I try to force the Up2Date in WebAdmin using "Get and install pattern Up2Dates now", I get the following message:
"No new avp virus pattern available!"

At the time of writing this in Germany is:
- 9:02AM, Wednesday, 26 Dec. 

Please explain how is it possible that ASL has no update on Dec 26, if the Anti-Virus Website already has an update on this day???

    Sorry, but I DON'T see ANY.  I am actuially giving, not an example, but a true fact case scenario, that shows that the delay is NOT on Kapresky website, but looks like with Astaro.

    I would actially like, if possible, for any ASTARO members to respond to this email and possibly explain what is happeing or where my issue may be.
