Define me a network!

I am trying to install ASL. Even though I define the internal Network, so it can be routed to the outside, it never appears as an option in the Network Routing section. I've tried the standard 192.168.1.0 with a mask of 255.255.255.0. I name it something like "Internal Network" and it doesn't show up in the list in Routing. 
If throw a random IP address in there, like 58.32.83.0, mask 255.255.255.0, it works, and I can set that as my internal network for routing (which does me no good). What am I doing wrong?

    hi,

    if you just want to connect a internal network to the internet, so that client users can use it, you just have to activate "masquerading" from internal to external interface/network. the "routing" will be done by ASL automatically. you have to add routing entries when you have subnets in your network that can be accessed via a router so something similar.
