D-Link DWL-650 (wireless NIC)

Does anybody have experience in setting up with a D-Link DWL650 wireless network card.

This is actually a PCMCIA card plugged onto a PCI card reader card.

=> the NIC is not recognised

    This is one for the hackers forum... Someone might be able to help you there. Basically PCMCIA is not supported in any way - and all that the PCI card does is creates a PCMCIA interface....

    SHould you proceed get the interface working amd then the network card... To do that you will need modules from other distributions... You should be able to find which ones from the Hackers forum
