Booting problem after first installation

I´ve installed Astaro ver 2.0, the installation went well, but after restarting 
the PC i´ve got 01 01 01 01 01 all over the monitor screen. What is the possible cause of the problem. 

I´m using a Adaptec 2940 with 2gb SCSI disk, with a P1 120 Mhz machine with 98MB RAM.

    I think something went wrong with the partitioning or LILO. You could try to boot with an linux rescue disk (from any general-purpose linux distribution) and try to mount the partitions and repair the disk manually. Or, simply try to re-install ASL if you don't want to do it; sometmes it helps. We are working on new installation procedure to eliminate the reported install troubles, please give us some time  [:)]

    Hi again!

    Thanks for the fast replay. I´ve already tested to reinstall ASL without any success.

    The SCSI card is an Adapted 2940UW, I´ve noticed that the character L is comming up just before all my 01 01 01 01 is brough up on the screen.
    I´ve some problems somewhere!? :=) I´ve done a lowlevel format on the disk aswell.
    No success.... any other suggestions?...

    Is there some MBR table that is corrupt?

    Thanks for the help!! The problem is solved!!

    I loaded the default settings on the SCSI card!! And then it was working.

    Daizo can you give a bit more, what you have done to revert the default settings on the SCSI Card, as I have exactly the same card and same kind of problem.
