Hi all,
I'm on my 4th. attempt at installing ASL. It seems that the install goes correctly each time but when I log into the WebAdmin I make some changes and the interface locks up and I am unable to re-connect! I read a post about someone having the same problem after generating a certificate, so I passed on that. Still locked up. The last time it happened when I was assigning new routes. The routes were being setup as single IP address.
In addition, I set the gateway up as my sprint gateway in anticipation of connecting the box to my router. This means that I never really get a chance at putting the ASL box into service to talk with the internet. I don't want to attach it until some rules are set.
My hardware is:
PII 350
128 MB RAM
1 3Com Office Connect NIC
2 DEC NIC's
IBM 20 GB HD
AOpen BP6 Motherboard
Oh, and after the browser quits, I am unable to ping or SSH to the box.
