Up2Date fails 1.921 - 1.940

Hi,
 When I kick off up2date on my 1.921 fw, the status window opens, begins to download 1.931, 1.932, and 1.940. 
 After a while though, i get :
This is a Error. You should not be here ....
Please retry the operation and contact your vendor
Wrong SID check!

and my parent admin page returns to the login prompt.

????????

    Update:
    After increasing the time-out for WebAdmin, i get the following, which doesn't look too good either:

    010 gpg: packet(5) with unknown version 104
    011 gpg: onepass_sig with unknown version 76
    012 gpg: add_onepass_sig: another packet is in the way
    013 gpg: packet(1) with unknown version 54

    This seems to be all I'll get, as restarting the Up2Date just switches back to the above.

    Any ideas?

    retries produce :

    011 gpg: Segmentation fault caught ... exiting
    012 Couldnt extract tar from gpg
    013 Delete corrupt Packet
    014 Please try again
