Support for Intel Pro/100 S

Couple of quicky questions from a newcomer. 1.) Does Astaro support the Intel Pro/100 S NIC card (10/100 card with integrated IPSEC Coprocessor). If so will Free S/WAN take advantage of the IPSEC coprocessor and at what encryption levels (i.e. DES, 3DES)?

2.) If not is support planned?

hi RKV,
I have 2 intel pro100+ (with internal bios on
boot-up) and ASL recognizes as intel 82557,
all seems fine;
try to install ASL 1.95 and look if is all OK.

Hi,

I think this card will be supported as a common Intel Pro/100, but please post the PCI ID to make me shure [;)]

FreeS/WAN won't support your IPsec coprocessor, sorry...
