Mail Bounce Message

I think the problem is related to the fact that reactor2 is no FQDN.
Qmail could not find host.

Hi Darryl,

if i understand the above correct, your firewall name is reactor2.radio-active.net.au and you have a SMTP routing entry to 203.42.174.49. 
Furthermore it looks like your SMTP server at 203.42.174.49 doesnt like the firewall, because there is no reverse name resolution for reactor2. Two possibilitys: 
1) deactivate the name resolution check on 203.42.174.49 
2) give reactor2 a reverse name resolution

To recap, I have changed my domain a bit... and I am still getting the following error..

REACTOR.RADIO-ACTIVE.NET.AU is a FQDN forward and reverse. 

Under LinuxConf on 203.42.174.49 I have turned DONT USE DNS on, WAIT FOR DNS off. After I made these changes I recreated the sendmail.cf file and then restarted sendmail so it is not that. It is redhat 6.1 so there is not an issue there.

It is definitely rejecting the bounce when it tried to contact uranium 203.42.174.49... I just cannot think what else to try... 

Any tips would be useful...

I think I need to point out here that the bounce that is rejected is being rejected by URANIUM, and then ASTARO sends the BOUNCE to URANIUM and it is accepted...

I have just fixed this - Note I did not use the word solved. I upgraded LINUXCONF to the latest version, ran it, upgraded some libraries and it is now working :-)
