only 1 network card

I'd like to use serial port (ttyS0) to get into the Internet thought ADSL modem (Ericsson HiS).
Is there a possibility of using a serial port instead of eth1 (external network) for all the services? [:S]

I am sorry, no.

As much as I like our product, in your case I would install a standard RedHat or SuSE, and then use the small firewall functionalities of those.

If you have a look at the HACKERS forum you will see that it is possible to get PPP working... I imagine this is what you are talking about... Given that it is not supported, your milage WILL vary, but I have had PPP dialup working
