ide_dmaproc: lost interrupt error?

I am installing Astaro from a CD and floppy boot disk (also tried booting from CDROM as well). After I get past the first blue screen, I get a CDROM Error. I know the drive works as this PC was working until I formated it an hour ago. The BIOS sees the CDROM as well. The error I get is:

ide_dmaproc: chipset supported ide_dma_lostirq func only: 13
hdc: lost interrupt

I realize this is a hardware error, or so I think. My questions is has anyone seen this, know how to fix it, or am I just fooked?
