How to recover lost/misplaced activation key

I have inherited an SG115 that was reset to factory settings. When trying to create a license, I'm asked for the activation key which cannot be found. Is there any way to recover the original activation key or have a new one issued?

The MyUTM account that the original admin used will have the license. You'll need to contact that person to get the login details used.
