UTM home not available anymore

yes, the UTM Software download is available.

but it looks like the license for the UTM Home is no longer available!

which is ahuge problem for my configuration at home.

If you are renewing a license, delete your old one and obtain a new license file.  They have to be renewed every three years, even though they are free for home use. Download the new license file and upload it to your UTM.
