Hi

Please, I need to claim for device return as the one I have is damaged by Lighting, but it validity is within the offered warranty !

Please advise as I can not access the link to create a new support case !

My guess would be the same as Philipp's, but you should contact Sophos Sales to confirm. Sophos in Johannesburg: +27 (0) 11 444 4000
