Updating active passive cluster

whenever i do an upgrade I look via ha_utils if both nodes have the same packages.

I see that the active node has 4:

u2d-sys-9.315002-316004.tgz.gpg

u2d-sys-9.317005-350012.tgz.gpg
u2d-sys-9.316004-317005.tgz.gpg

u2d-sys-9.350012-351003.tgz.gpg,

the passive node has 5:

u2d-sys-9.315002-316004.tgz.gpg

u2d-sys-9.317005-350012.tgz.gpg

u2d-sys-9.350012-350012.tgz.gpg

u2d-sys-9.316004-317005.tgz.gpg

u2d-sys-9.350012-351003.tgz.gpg.

How can I solve this or will up2date be able to manage this?

  • I believe that you should get Sophos Support involved if you have a paid license.

If this is a home-use license, I would delete all but u2d-sys-9.315002-316004.tgz.gpg and u2d-sys-9.316004-317005.tgz.gpg on both boxes and then Up2Date to 9.317.
