How Home Edition count its license if I don't use UTM's DHCP

Question

As i wrote in title, I have a question if I use other DHCP(i.e. wireless router), how UTM count its license. 
 Of course I'm using UTM Home Edition in UTM 120 rev.5 and I'm in testing yet. 
 I'm under consideration to use wireless router's DHCP instead of UTM's one.(cause its convenience) 
 The wireless router(ASUS ACRH13) will be place under UTM, of course. Thus my network will be composed following : 
 (Internet) - [UTM] - [ASUS router] - [Terminals]

Based on other discussions in here, I am pretty sure that it counts MAC addresses, and remembers them for 7 days even after they drop off line. Consequently, the DHCP source does not matter.
