Firmware will not updated automatically

Hello,

my UTM had firmware Version 9.315-2 and said that firmware is up to date. So I downloaded a newer version (9.350-12) from ftp.astaro. After Installation I did a manual check for Up2Date packages and it says "The system now downloads available firmware updates. Due to the size ....." but that's all for the last 1 hour. No new version. But in my opinion there should be a newer version.

Any ideas why firmware update doesn't work?

    There are two branches available at the moment. For 9.31x line, 9.315 is the latest available on the up2date servers. For the 9.35x line, 9.350 is the latest available.

    But for both lines soft-releases are available on the FTP server (9.316 and 9.317 as well as 9.351). Additionally there is an update from 9.317 to 9.350 on the FTP to ensure the update path from 9.31x to 9.35x.

    For reference again since this information is very hard to find due to the absence of aster.org UBB, this KBA gives more details about 9.31x/9.35x (http://community.sophos.com/kb/en-US/122717).


    The release of those versions is expected soon. They will then be available via automatically download as usual.
