After the installation i could not login to the webadmin despite being able to ping the gateway address. Please help

Are you using the right port?

https://[ip-addres]:4444 to login to webadmin?

I change browser from IE to Mozilla.

The newest versions of Microsoft Browsers do not let you ignore a certificate error. I forget whether the policy started with IE v11 or only with Edge. I am guessing that you were blocked because the Microsoft browser did not like your certificate chain.
