Hallo,

mit Firmwareversion 9.501-5 bekomme ich folg. Fehler :

There was an error synchronizing subscribed groups. The Sophos UTM will continue to operate with a locally cached copy of the data but will be unable to update from Directory Services until the issue is resolved.

Sicherlich ein Problem des Updates. Aber kann ich etwas dagegen tun ? User kommen nicht ins Internet.

Hallo,

wurde hier schon ein AD Rejoin probiert?

Empfehlenswert ist ein Case bei Sophos zu eröffnen (Bei Premium direkt, ohne Premium bitte über den Partner).

Als schneller Workaround ggf. AD SSO in der WebFiltering deaktivieren.

Sehe Sophos UTM: Httpproxy with AD-SSO authentication doesn't work with Internet Explorer and Chrome after upgrading to 9.5
