I am a new user of UTM.. How to load balance and create primary and backup wan connection for failover?

Please provide step by step configurations

Go to Interface & Routing> Interface> Uplink balancing. Refer the below link for more information.

go to Interface & Routing -> Interface -> Uplink balancing and klick on the help-button ;-)
