Erstellung Voucher Template

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe Probleme bei der Erstellung eines neuen Voucher Templates.

Nach dem Upload des neuen Templates erhalte ich immer folgende Fehlermeldung:

Uploaded file voucher_langer.pdf is no suitable PDF template
 
Der Voucher wurde mit Word 2010 erstellt und die PDF Version ist 1.4
Wäre super wenn mir jemand einen Tip geben könnte, wie ich das neue Template verwenden kann.

    First, welcome to the UTM Community!

    I use the Software995 driver in Word as I find, like reinerh does with his recommendation, that PDF995 produces reliable PDFs.
