False positive detection

Good day.
Today, I asked for this in the form of instructions to support a request to liquidate my program from the blacklist, but received an unsatisfactory answer:

Please deal with this situation and my antivirus add to the white list. It's NOT a virus, this is false positive.

Sincerely,
Kuranin Ilya (CEO)

  • Hello

The fact of the matter is that the site does not contain any threats, as does the installer.

The reason for the findings may be two reasons:
    1) Just a false detection of anti-virus engines
    2) False doneenie the site (since I have a lot of enemies).

It is worth noting the fact that large companies such as Kaspersky Lab, Dr. Web, and so on. D. Has contributed to the white list my program.

Tell me what I need to do in this situation?

  • Hi Ilya,

Raise a reassessment request and wait for the revert. There is not much you can do other than contacting support as the last resort who can raise a lab request to reanalyze the file's behavior.

    Thanks
