Analyzing "http://kdefv.ru/Kuranin.exe" through Virus Total states that the URL is compromised. Even other vendors and Google's safe search analyzes it as malicious.

Alongside, https://kuranin.net/ is classified clean by other engines but, Sophos might have discovered something malicious as found in the .exe file. Make sure you raise a reassessment request here before contacting support.

The fact of the matter is that the site does not contain any threats, as does the installer.

The reason for the findings may be two reasons:
1) Just a false detection of anti-virus engines
2) False doneenie the site (since I have a lot of enemies).

Raise a reassessment request and wait for the revert. There is not much you can do other than contacting support as the last resort who can raise a lab request to reanalyze the file's behavior.
