System was restarted Reason: (unknown)

Hallo Zusammen,

 

unsere Sophos UTM 9 (SG330 ; Version: 9.407-3) startet ohne einen erkennbaren Grund neu.

 

Den Auslöser kennen wir bereits. Es handelt sich um eine Avaya Videokonferenzanlage. Bei jedem zweiten Versuch eines Anrufs, wird ein Neustart der UTM ausgelöst.

In den Logs ist nichts auffälliges zu sehen.

Kennt jemand diese Problematik und hat Rat?

    (Sorry, my German-speaking brain isn't creating thoughts at the moment. [:(])

    I don't think we're ever seen this problem here.  If the Avaya is near the UTM, I would check your electrical sockets and wiring.

    Since you can reproduce this, start the Fallback messages, Kernal message and System messages Live Logs and then provoke the restart.  Do you see anything there?
