ASG220 Rev.4 RAM Upgrade

Hallo zusammen,

ich möchte eine ASG220 Rev.4 auf 4 oder 8 GB RAM upgraden. Aktuell hat diese 2 GB RAM. 

Das Problem ist, wenn ich anderen RAM einbaue und installieren möchte, gibt der Installer eine Fehlermeldung dass keine UTM Hardware erkannt wurde und die Installation startet nicht. 

Mit den original 2x 1 GB RAM funktioniert die Installation, jedoch ist hier das Problem, dass dann nur ein 32bit Kernel installiert wird. Wenn man nach der Installation dann 4 oder 8 GB RAM einbaut, bootet das System zwar, aufgrund des 32bit Kernels werden dann aber nur 3 GB RAM erkannt. 

Weiß jemand, welche 2 GB oder 4 GB Module zertifiziert sind um mit diesen installieren zu können? 

Oder wie kann ich nachträglich manuell einen 64bit Kernel installieren?

    Die Software ISO funktioniert leider auch nicht. Hier kommt beim Installations-Versuch die Fehlermeldung: 

    ASG check failed: the installer is incompatible to the hardware.

    This installation media is only for installations on non Sophos hardware. If you want to install on Sophos hardware please download an ISO from ...

    Ich habe einen bootfähigen USB Stick mit der ISO: asg-9.405-5.1.iso erstellt.

    Hat jemand schon mal die Software-Version erfolgreich auf einer Hardware Appliance installiert?
