RED15 with static uplink and dns name as utm hostname doesn't work correctly

Bug ID:  NUTM-3522 

Nach dem Update auf 9.4 gibt es Probleme mit RED15 und static IP.

Eine statische IP-Adresse anstelle des UTM-Hostname sollte hier als Workaround möglich sein.
